Sore Kayi Halwa

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size Sorekayi, peeled and grated
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • 5 cashew nuts
  • 1 glass Milk
  • 1/2 glass sugar

Method

  • Heat ghee in a pan
  • Fry cashew nuts
  • Add grated Sore Kayi and fry for 5 mins
  • Add milk and keep stirring
  • Add sugar and keep stirring
  • Reduce the flame and cook for 5 mins

Serve hot Sore Kayi Halwa and Enjoy!
