Sore Kayi Halwa
Ingredients
- 1 medium size Sorekayi, peeled and grated
- 2 tsp Ghee
- 5 cashew nuts
- 1 glass Milk
- 1/2 glass sugar
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan
- Fry cashew nuts
- Add grated Sore Kayi and fry for 5 mins
- Add milk and keep stirring
- Add sugar and keep stirring
- Reduce the flame and cook for 5 mins
Serve hot Sore Kayi Halwa and Enjoy!
